Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all orders from ship date. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Anavita for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Anavita unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, have the return package postmarked within 60 days from the Ship Date as indicated on your invoice receipt. Upon receipt of the returned products, allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose your invoice receipt with your return. You may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important Note: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.
Gift cards are not refundable. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please contact us right away if an order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
